Commercial Use: While the avatars are provided freely, we discourage their use for commercial branding, advertising, resale, or NFT-related purposes without explicit permission. The generator is intended as a creative and nostalgic tool, not a commercial asset factory.

3. Intellectual Property

Site Design and Code: All website UI, UX, and source code are owned by us unless otherwise stated. Visual Assets: The pixel-style graphics are original works or tributes inspired by early internet aesthetics and are protected accordingly.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes scraping assets at scale, attempting to reverse engineer the generator, using the tool to create illegal, hateful, or harmful content, or interfering with the site’s normal operation.

5. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility or permanent availability.
